Michael Feiner is President and Chief Executive Officer of Feiner Enterprises, which concentrates on investments in, and advisory services to, the real estate industry, including mortgage finance and derivative financial products.

Previously, Mr. Feiner was President and Chief Executive Officer of Asset Investors Inc., one of the nation's largest real estate investment trusts. He had been Vice-Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for MDC. Holdings Inc., and Executive Vice President of U.S. Realty Investments.

He has served on the Board of Directors of KeyCorp of Colorado, the Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado, Rose Medical Center Foundation, Kent Denver School, and the Anti-Defamation League and Temple Emanuel. He is a Fellow of Brandeis University.
